I could have saved a lot of time if I would have just bought from them on Day 1. Kim and his Wife were extremely knowledgeable about the product, and the industry. They did a great job listening to our needs and making recommendations to address those needs. There was zero pressure to buy. We were encouraged to shop around. They wanted to be sure we got the perfect bed for our needs. I just couldn't believe they were also cheaper than everyone else. I will literally be a customer for life.
