    First time buyer and was not taken seriously.
    Told salesman Daniel exactly what I needed and was constantly getting pushed towards the Ford Focus.
    Purchased the Focus and it's obvious it was just something to get off their hands rather than accommodate my needs. Cases of the Ford Focus being released with a transmission issue emerge while also experiencing shutters with the new 2017 vechile. Called and tried to address the situation and was told that's the vechile "learning my driving speed".
